During a visit to the route of the future highway, the minister was accompanied by representatives from EXIM Bank and the High Commissioner of India to Mauritius, Anurag Srivastava. This meeting aimed to review the upcoming steps before the actual commencement of the works.
The M4 highway project is seen as a major issue for the modernization of the island’s road infrastructure. It is expected to help improve traffic flow and reduce travel times for users.
